At BB Luxury World LTD, we want our customers to be satisfied with every purchase. If you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, you may request an exchange under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Exchanges

Items may be eligible for exchange if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

BBLuxuryWorld LTD reserves the right to inspect the item before approving an exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange

  3. Our support team will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the exchange.

Exchange Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

If the replacement item has a different price, customers may be required to pay the price difference before the exchange is completed.

Exchange Processing Time

After the returned item has been received and approved, exchanges are typically processed within 3–7 business days, depending on product availability.
