Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

During promotional periods or high-demand sales events, processing times may be slightly extended due to increased order volume.

Customers will receive a notification once their order has been processed and dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Within Rivers State / Local Delivery (within 30 km):
1 – 2 business days

Within Lagos:
2 – 3 business days

Other Locations in Nigeria:
3 – 4 business days

International Orders:
6 – 12 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.

Local Pickup

Customers may choose in-store pickup at checkout.

Orders will be ready for pickup within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Pickup Hours:
12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Sunday)

Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready for collection.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location and shipping method selected.

For local deliveries within 30 km, a delivery fee may apply as displayed during checkout.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details when placing an order.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Courier service delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow an additional 2–3 business days before contacting us.

Lost or Missing Packages

If a package cannot be located by the courier service, we will assist in investigating the issue.

If a package is confirmed lost, a replacement may be arranged where possible.
